Yes, you can change if you are receiving E-Statements or paper statements.
To change the statements settings for your Platinum Rewards Visa account:
- From online banking, select Cards>Credit Card Access
- Click Statements
- Select Paperless Settings (or click the "Off/On" button next to "Paperless")
- Verify the information listed in the fields are accurate
- Click Save Changes
When you indicate you want Online Statements,, you will automatically receive a monthly email reminder when your Visa Statement is available online.
