For one-time payments or fixed recurring payments from an RCU account, please use Payments & Transfers (Desktop) or Transfer (mobile app) feature.
If you are paying from another financial institution as a one-time or recurring payment, you can use our Pay Credit Card from Non-Royal Account option under Payments & Transfers (desktop) or Transfer (mobile app). You can use an account and routing number (free) for one-time or recurring payments.
If you want to schedule recurring amounts from an RCU account, or one-time or recurring amounts from another financial institution, you can also click Cards>Credit Card Access. Your credit card account access page will display. Then select "Make a Payment" from the top menu and select the payment option.
