• Click My Settings in the top navigation within Online Banking.
  • Click the Rename & Hide accounts link (the name of the link may vary) in the Other settings section.
  • Find the account you want and type the new name in the Nickname column field.
  • Repeat this for each account that you want to change.
  • Changes will save automatically once you have clicked out of the Nickname field.
  • You should see your account nicknames by the next time you log in to online banking.

NOTE: These changes can take up to five minutes or more to take effect
