- Click My Settings in the top navigation within Online Banking.
- Click the Rename & Hide accounts link (the name of the link may vary) in the Other settings section.
- Find the account you want and type the new name in the Nickname column field.
- Repeat this for each account that you want to change.
- Changes will save automatically once you have clicked out of the Nickname field.
- You should see your account nicknames by the next time you log in to online banking.
NOTE: These changes can take up to five minutes or more to take effect
