Log onto your online banking at rcu.org. On the blue banner across the top, you’ll see Payments & Transfers>Pay Loan from Non-Royal Account.

From the mobile app: 

Log onto your mobile app using the same credentials as your online banking.  

Click Make a Transfer> Pay Loan from Non-Royal Account.

Check the Repeat Transfer box next to the date option in the Move money screen. Below are options and suggestions on types of repeating loan payments.

  • Line of Credit loans include Variable or Fixed Rate Line of Credit, Kwik Cash, and PrimeLine loans.
    • Since line of credit payments can differ based on the balance of the loan, it is important to set up any scheduled transfers to cover the minimum payment amount.
    • If using a weekly occurrence those recurring payments should cover the full amount of the loan payment by the payment date to avoid late charges.
    • As a reminder, payments made after the 1st of the month and the month’s payment is already satisfied will only go to the principal balance of the loan.
  • PrimeLine in repayment
    • Regular payments can be scheduled for PrimeLines in Repayment.
    • Members are able to make principal only payments to their PrimeLine in Repayment manually.
    • Partial payments are available on PrimeLine in Repayment.
    • Regular payments for the full payment amount should be scheduled one time per month as these loans only offer to pay ahead one month.
    • Recurring principal only payment can be scheduled. This pays extra toward the balance of the.
      • It is important to remember that this type of payment does not satisfy the normal payment amount due on a loan and that a regular payment will also need to be made to avoid late payments.
  • Mortgage Loans
    • A regular paymentcan be made to mortgage loans. It is important to remember that the payment amount must cover the full payment amount.
      • Mortgage loans are allowed to pay ahead one additional payment. If you are trying to pay more than one payment ahead, please choose to apply the payment as principal only, or schedule your exact payment amount for the 1st of the following month.
    • Principal only paymentcan be scheduled as recurring to their mortgage loan. This pays extra toward the balance of their loan.
      • It is important to remember that this type of payment does not satisfy the normal payment amount due on a loan and that a regular payment will also need to be made to avoid late payments.
