Loan Payments from Royal Account
To make a loan payment using Move Money:
Consumer loans can be paid off and closed if you are using an RCU account to make the payment.
- Click the Pay button near the due date to open the Move Money window. You can also select Payments & Transfers (desktop) at the top of the screen or Transfers (mobile) and select Internal Transfers
- Select the From account from the drop-down list (the Available Dollar Amount will be displayed)
- Select the To account from the drop-down list (the Balance amount will be displayed)
- Enter the Amount to be paid. (The monthly payment amount and the full payoff amount will be displayed)
- Select the type of payment; Make a regular payment will be the default. Select Pay in full and close to payoff the full balance.
- Enter brief Memo text, if needed
- Click the Make Transfer button and review the payment details
- Click the Confirm button to complete the payment and display the payment details
- Click Make another transfer to make another transfer or payment, or click Done to close the Move Money window
