After logging into online banking the first page to display is the called the Dashboard. The dashboard should display all accounts that you are a signer/owner on. If your dashboard does not display an account of yours please follow these simple steps:
- Click My Settings
- Click Rename & Hide your accounts under other settings
- If the missing account(s) displays make sure that the Show account icon is selected. If there is a line through the icon, click on it to select it.
If account(s) are missing from the Dashboard and My Settings please call Member Service at 1-800-341-9911.
