Check Returned Without Clearing
Funds for Bill Pay checks are not withdrawn from your account until the check is cashed. If a Bill Pay check is mailed back to you without being cashed, an incorrect address may have been added in Bill Pay and the check may not have been able to be delivered as expected. If you no longer wish to use the check, the check can be properly disposed of and no further action is needed.
