Alerts are messages that allows RCU to communicate account information or reminders to online banking users through email or text messaging. They are triggered by conditions you select. For example, you can ask us to send you a text or email when a paper check has cleared your account, or when your balance goes below a certain dollar amount. Messages are sent within minutes of the condition occurring, giving you more control of your account information!
