This can be accessed by clicking on My Settings, located in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You name, member number, user ID/password and any entered email address and phone numbers are available here.
Update personal information
This feature allows you to add or change the email address and phone number used by online banking. You may be required to confirm the new information entered. Please note that a number of online banking services, such as updating your password, login security information, and updating security options rely on your email address as a method of confirming account changes and requests.
To change your email address:
- Click on My Settings in the upper right hand corner of the screen
- Click on the Edit link by Primary email or Security Options, whichever is applicable.
- Enter your new email address or phone number.
- Enter your password and click Save to update your information on record. A confirmation of the change will be sent to your email.
