How do I reset a subuser’s password or disable a subuser? Print

To reset the subuser’s password select Options from the Account Access screen. Then click Reset password and Generate a new password. The new password will display and you can inform you subuser the new password to allow access.

Disable Subuser

To disable a subuser from the Account Access screen click the access button so that it displays No.
