In the main menu, click Additional Services, then Share access with others.
The Account Access screen displays. Any previously added subusers will display here (it will also tell you when they last logged in).
To share access, click + Add Person.
The Share Account Access screen displays. Enter the following information:
- Enter the First, Middle, and Last Name of the person you want to make a subuser
- Enter the person’s phone number and email address. These will be used to confirm their identity during the login process.
- Some of your accounts will display. You can click See all accounts to list all of your accounts.
You can click each individual account that you wish to grant the subuser access to. The options are:
- View only
- Make internal transfers
- Make bill payments (when applicable)- This option will ask you to enter a dollar amount per transaction limit. If the subuser tries to make a Bill Pay transaction over this amount, it will require your approval.
- You can click Grant full access to all accounts in order to give the subuser all available rights to all your accounts.
Note: Rights that you grant the subuser during setup can be changed at any time after you create their account. See Maintaining a Subuser.
Click Save to create the subuser.
