If there is a transaction in your register that you don't recall making or creating, you can dispute the transaction by following the below directions.
- Click Cards, and Card Management
- Select the card that had the unknown transaction
- Click Dispute Transactions
- Click Start a Dispute
- Check the transactions that should be included in the dispute and click Continue
- Answer the remaining questions about the transaction until you can submit. You will receive a pop-up confirmation that your dispute was successfully submitted.
