In the unlikely case that RCU online banking and all of our backup systems were to go down, you can be comfortable knowing that any transaction, for which you had already processed, prior to the system going down, will go through. If you were in the middle of a transaction and there is some question as to whether the system has received the request, check the Register page when you are able to sign on to online banking again. You may send a message to RCU Member Service by using the secure message within online banking, by emailing your question to member_services@rcu.org, or calling RCU Member Service at 1-800-341-9911.
