Debit cards and Credit cards are able to be activated, temporarily turned off, or permanently closed through Card Management. You can also start a dispute, submit travel notifications, or request a replacement card.
- Click Cards, and Card Management.
- You will see any cards that need to be activated at the top of the page.
- If you’d like to turn off or close any cards, click on the card you’d like to update and click on the toggle next to ‘Card is ON’.
Once the card is closed, a new card can be ordered by sending a secure email or calling Member Service to have a card mailed to your address. If the card is needed sooner, you can step into any office location during normal business hours to have a card printed.
