The mobile application can be used to deposit paper checks without going to an office. This feature is not available on the full site or the mobile website. All checks should be signed on the back. “For mobile deposit only” should be written under your signature.
Once you are signed into your account on the mobile app:
- Click on Check Deposit button on the bottom of the page
- If the account listed on the top of the page is not accurate, click on it and choose the correct account
- Click on the Take Photos button to take pictures of the front and back of the check
- The app will automatically take the picture once the check is lined up correctly
- Select to Keep Picture if everything is visible or Retake Picture to take the picture again
- Once the front of the check has been recorded, do the same for the back of the check
- Verify the amount of the deposit is recorded correctly, or update if needed
- Click Submit at the bottom of the page
- If there are multiple checks to deposit, click Add Check before submitting
