If you are planning to go to a branch for services on your account, we recommend you schedule an appointment to avoid any possible wait times.
To schedule an appointment:
- Click on Services and click Schedule Appointment.
- Enter the city, state, or zip code and select the appropriate option from the drop down.
- Select the branch you would like to visit and click Continue at the bottom of the page.
- Select the type of account you need to discuss and click Continue.
- Select the appointment type and click Continue. *Note- clicking on the appointment type will give a brief description.
- You will see a calendar where you will select the date you would like to schedule an appointment. You will also be given a list of available times to choose from. Once a date and time has been selected, click Continue.
- Enter your name, contact information, and select if you would like to receive text notifications for the appointment. We also ask for a brief description of the appointment. Once this has all been completed, click Schedule It at the bottom of the page
Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive an email and/or text notification confirming the appointment details. You can also change or cancel the appointment through the email.
