How the payment is sent is based on several different factors between Bill Pay and the Payee. If there is a lightning bolt next to the Payee name, that means the payment will be sent electronically. If there is an envelope, the payment will be sent by paper check. If you would like to request a payment to be changed from check to electronic, please give us a call at 800-341-9911.
