By using your RCU Platinum Rewards Card, you automatically generate points – each dollar spent is a point earned. You can redeem these points online or over the phone with uChoose Rewards- Here’s how: 

 

  • Online Banking Portal
  • Go to the “Cards” tab located on the horizontal menu bar at the top of the page
  • Click on “Credit Card Access”
  • Click the “uChoose Rewards”
  • If this is your first time visiting, you may have to choose a card and accept terms and agreements.
  • Click “Redeem Points” to select one of types of redemption: 1) Cash Back, 2) Travel, 3) Merchandise, and 4) Gift Cards
  • Cash Back
    • In the “Cash Award” dropdown menu, select the value of cash award desired
    • Click the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions
    • Click “Submit Rebate Request”
  • Travel / Merchandise / Gift Cards
    • Browse the available redemption options in the uChoose Rewards Store by navigating between “Products”, “Travel”, “Events”, “Cards”, and “Royal CU Store”
      • Royal Prepaid Visa Cards are located in the Royal CU Store
    • Click “Add to Card” for each redemption option desired
    • Click “Cart” to complete the checkout process
  • Live Representative
  • Call 1-800-390-6739 to redeem points with a Representative
  • Representative can provide you with your available points and redemption options as well as assist you in completing the redemption transaction
